Recorded Data Sources
OCM uses regular open-data channels only. Source records are kept in the project compliance files, and the generated models do not use Google Maps, Google Earth, Apple Maps, or unlicensed 3D imagery.
- OpenStreetMap Building footprints, height and level tags, building parts, doors, entrances, and OSM landcover where available. Attribution: © OpenStreetMap contributors · ODbL.
- Overture Maps Foundation Building datasets for Tokyo, Seoul, and San Francisco Bay Area expansion models, with source provenance preserved. Chicago, Houston, Milan, and Rome use OpenStreetMap through Overpass.
- Project-generated detail Window panels and facade ribs are inferred from source geometry and attributes to keep files compact.
